The official start of summer is right around the corner! With the weather finally warming up, time is quickly running out to get your body beach and summer ready. Don’t stress out, however, because we have a program designed to get your metabolism cranking, and help you see results in half the time—the 21 Day Challenge!
“21 Days? How?”, you may be asking. Well, unlike the typical gym program, with the 21 Day Challenge, you’ll have the ability to work out one-on-one with your own personal coach, receive nutritional guidance, and even get to participate in small group workouts designed to get your motor running!
“A personal coach? Why would I need that?” Well, the truth is, a personal coach can provide a myriad of benefits:
Personalized Plan
Not all body types are created equal. Having someone who can tailor a program to your physiology, needs, and overall goals is a great way to get on the fastrack of where you want to be when the beach days of summer roll around. After assessing your strengths and weaknesses, a personalized plan becomes an integral cog in creating both short-term and long-term success. Theorizing and implementing a sound plan of attack makes it far more likely that you’ll see results and continue on with the program. Whether you’re looking to get lean, get ripped, or simply cut some weight, a good trainer will know how to customize a workout to suit your individual needs.
Engaging Routine
One of the biggest reasons people don’t go to the gym? They have a boring, monotonous routine! Personal coaches know how to mix things up, confuse your muscles and help you figure out how to actually enjoy your workouts. Yes, that is a thing!
Breaking the Plateau
Everyone has experienced the dreaded ‘plateau’ at some point—they are an almost unavoidable stop on your journey to fitness utopia. If your muscle-building or weight-loss progress has stalled and you’re lacking the desired results, a little knowledge and guidance will go a long way to break you out of that rut. Your coach will change up your routine (see above), adding new exercises, techniques and equipment, to get you away from the “same-old, same-old”; propelling you through any obstacles that stood in your way prior to.
Accountability
Everybody has been there. You wake up Wednesday morning, hit the gym, and find that you’re lacking something. You go through the motions and complete another lackluster gym session. The term, “Going through the motions” is something they’ve never heard of before. They come with built-in energy, drive, and motivation. They will keep you accountable and urge you to stick with it as you go through a completely customized program. Do you really want to tell your trainer that you didn’t work out yesterday? They have a vested interest in seeing that you show up, work hard, and hit that goal. Not to mention, if you’re paying someone, do you really want to slack off and feel like you’re not getting your money’s worth because of a lack of effort? An awfully good motivator!
Efficiency
Efficiency is one of the biggest reasons to get going on the 21 Day Challenge. Life happens—schedules fill up and “free time” becomes more of a joke than anything else. This is especially true for people with demanding jobs and for those with a family at home. Every second counts, and a personal coach will ensure that that notion is fulfilled. Don’t let working out and feeling as though no progress has been made become commonplace. They will utilize a fitness plan to help you achieve maximize results in minimum time, increasing the efficiency of the overall program.
