Electrostatic Cleaning

Our electrostatic misting machines wrap equipment surfaces with eco-friendly and EPA approved disinfectant that ensures that the equipment you're using has been thoroughly disinfected throughout the day.


Air Treatment Used in Hospitals

All Jersey Strong locations have been outfitted with new large-volume air treatment units that kill airborne germs, bacteria and viruses like COVID-19 on contact. As air moves through the HVAC system, it provides these benefits throughout the gym.

Touchless Club Check-in

A “no-touch” check in procedure keeps your contact to a minimum. Sensors are conveniently positioned to allow you to utilize your gym key tag or the virtual one in your app when checking in.


Temperature Checks

Attendant free, instant-read thermal imaging devices ensure that no one is entering the club with an elevated temperature. Also helps maintain proper social distancing between staff and members.

Health Screening

Each member and staff member is required to assert that they don't feel ill, that they have not recently tested positive for COVID-19, and that they have not recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.


Automated Occupancy Counters

This retail-store customer traffic flow technology keeps a running count of people inside the building so the occupancy limits established by the State can be effectively enforced.  Check your Jersey Strong App to see live club occupancy counts at any time.  Download the app now on  Apple or Android.

No Mask, No Workout

As per state guidelines, all members and staff are required to wear a cloth face covering at all times while at the gym (with the exception of medical conditions).


Social Distancing

Social distancing markers on floors and walls help remind you to maintain 6 feet between you and other members. This is especially important during club check-in and when taking group classes.


Reduced Class Sizes

As you get back to the gym and participate in classes, it’s important that members and instructors have adequate personal space. As per State guidelines, class sizes have been reduced to help ensure proper distancing.


Enhanced Wipe Down Stations

Additional equipment wipe-down stations have been added throughout our locations.  These stations contain disinfecting solution that kills many germs and virus on contact. We owe it to each other to wipe down machines before and after use. We're in this together!


Hand Sanitizing Stations

Hand sanitizer has become a staple in our lives, and we believe it's an important ingredient at the gym. We've installed touch-less dispensers throughout the clubs to ensure you're never far from disinfection.


Personal Training Disinfection Kits

Each personal trainer is outfitted with a Safety Strong fanny pack that enables them to roll-out the red carpet for clients, in terms of cleanliness and safety -- and as always in terms of results.


Mid-Day Deep Cleaning

Closing the gym at mid-day to conduct a widespread deep cleaning just makes sense as we re-open. This gives you the confidence that surfaces throughout the gym are safe and sanitary. We'll get back to normal hours soon!


Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products

We've sourced eco-friendly disinfectants approved under the EPA's "U.S. Emerging Pathogens Program" to fight against COVID-19.
