I’m so grateful to have found this gym and the programs they offer. I’m a jersey strong plus member which includes an online personal trainer that gives you workouts according to your goals and body type. You can text or call them at any time to ask for help, adjust the workout, and follow up on progress.

This is all done on their JS+ app. You start out by getting assessed on your goals, getting a body scan, and answering a ton of questions so the trainer can get to know your lifestyle better. Then they give you a workout plan for whichever days of the week work for you.

The workout can be done at any time throughout the day and includes videos showing how to do everything. My workout plan consisted of a lot of HIIT workouts and weight lifting.

I started the program because I gained 35 pounds in January of 2021 and I wanted to get back in shape. In just 2 months of starting the workout plan, I lost 15 pounds and 2 inches from my waist.

My trainers name is Shanin Gur if you want to work with her. She’s been so supportive and flexible with my schedule. I travel a lot, so when I go places where I don’t have access to a gym, she switches my workouts to body weight workouts so I can stay on track. And she always answers my messages so fast.
