24-Hour Club Access
Work out whenever you would like! Most Jersey Strong locations will soon be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During certain hours of operation you will gain access to the club through an electronic controlled door system using a mobile app that houses your unique door access credentials. Some locations will have greatly expanded hours with the new access system, but not 24-hour access (based on municipal regulations).
Expanded Group Class Schedules
The group class schedule at Jersey Strong will be expanding. This means more of your favorite classes like Group Power, Zumba, Cycling, Yoga, Barre and more -- at more popular time slots. Expanding the group schedule will be an ongoing process that has already started and will firmly continue as we roll into the new year.
The Jersey Strong+ Mobile App
Enjoy access to a full library of on-demand personal workouts that you can do anywhere (even at the club). The app also includes fitness and nutrition tracking -- and if you’re looking for some customization and ongoing support, you can even hire your own personal coach.
On-Demand Group Classes
If you currently enjoy access to group classes at Jersey Strong then you’re going to love the flexibility of taking classes like Group Power, Group Active, Group Kick and all the other MOSSA classes -- from home or on the road, wherever you may be. High quality classes, highly produced, accessed on-demand through the Jersey Strong+ mobile app.
Free 30 Day Memberships for Friends and Family
Exercise loves company. Share a free 30 day VIP membership with unlimited friends or family members any time. Give it to anyone who you think might be interested in trying the club for free. Monthly Body and Movement Scans
Previously only available as a paid service, this non-invasive medical-grade scan is now available to you at no charge on a monthly basis. Your scans identify your unique body composition, as well as strengths and weaknesses in the way your body moves. This information is critical for seeing long-term results.
