** JERSEY STRONG LOCATION UPDATES - FAQ'S**

Which Jersey Strong Locations were purchased by Crunch?
Jersey Strong still operates locations in Old Bridge, East Brunswick, Manalapan and Robbinsville.  The locations in Marlboro, Freehold, Tinton Falls, Wall and Ocean have been acquired by Crunch Fitness and effective 1/1/2025 members at these locations are now members of Crunch fitness.

Is the Jersey Strong Menlo Park Location converting to a Crunch Fitness?
No.  The Menlo Park Mall location is permanently closed.  Your membership and billing will be serviced by Crunch Fitness at 789 St Georges Ave, Woodbridge, NJ 07095 effective Monday December 16, 2024.

Can I change my home club to another Jersey Strong location rather than move to Crunch?
On or after 1-1-25, if your home club was one that was acquired by Crunch, you are no longer a member of Jersey Strong.  If you would like to be a member at a remaining Jersey Strong location just reach out to us at this support form and we’ll be happy help you get started on a discounted plan.

Will my 24 hour access work at Crunch?
Yes. Crunch plans to keep your access as is.  Your 24 hour access to the remaining Jersey Strong locations has been turned off so you will no longer have access to Jersey Strong locations.

I'm a personal training client, what will happen with the available personal training sessions in my account?
All personal training sessions on your account at Jersey Strong have transferred to Crunch. Your current Trainer may transfer too and may be available at Crunch, or you'll be able to test-drive a new Trainer to find the right fit. Just stop by the Front Desk of Crunch to get set up.
