I believe that fitness has to be a way of life. Exercise should be a part of everyone's day in one form or another. Make the time for it!!
To me "Jersey Strong" means being the best I can be each and every day while being part of a community of people who feel the way I do about their own fitness goals.
I love the connections I make with people in my classes, seeing them progress in their personal fitness goals. There is nothing more rewarding then a simple "thank you" from a class participant! To be part of changing someone's life is a great feeling.
