Jersey Strong means being better than who you were yesterday. No matter what adversity is thrown your way, you can handle it. It is tenacity, will-power, and a passion. Consistency is the key to your strength.
The fact that people take the time out of their day to make themselves better and expect me to be 110% gives me energy and strength. When people enter the gym, they can de-stress for a period of time, and refuel for whatever lies ahead.
