Find what you love and what works best to benefit you. Whether it be taking a group class, personal training or an individual workout. Concentrate on you and not the person next to you. We all have to start somewhere.

As a previous member attending group classes, it is very rewarding to see other members start out, learn, love and enjoy them as much as i did. When they look forward to being there, then I've done my job.
