Exercise is a way of life for me. It not only keeps me healthy but it keeps me sane! It improves appearance, delays the aging process (very important!), keeps the stress levels down... and it's FUN. If it's not fun... it's work.
It means never quitting.
No doubt... the personal connection. I love the Facebook messages, texts, or the simple "Thank you!" And to be able to make someone sweat and smile at the same time makes this the coolest job on the planet.
