What is Studio Training?

Add variety and intensity with this suite of small studio workouts. Seven studio workouts under one roof. You'll get coached by a professional Trainer — most classes have less than 10 participants and all take place in private training spaces.

We call them XLabs, and they're are all about getting results. You'll work hard, but best of all, XLab classes are adjustable for all fitness levels. We’ll find the custom level of intensity that’s just right for you.

Want a body like a ballerina? Inspired by ballet and Pilates, Barre is a 60-minute workout that uses dance-like postures and movements. You’ll use a ballet barre to focus on leaning muscles and increasing balance and flexibility.

Work every muscle in your body and burn up to 1,200+ calories with Boot Camp, an intense 60-minute team inspired workout. Participants work together to push through workouts that combine sport-specific, functional, core and plyometric training that helps rev-up your metabolism.

Are you ready to sweat? Cycle is a cardio workout where you utilize different riding positions and terrains to enable you to cycle more effectively and more efficiently. Please bring a towel and water to class — you'll certainly need it!

Ready for a full body workout that keeps you moving? Knockout is a 30-minute kickboxing circuit program that delivers a full body workout. Afraid of getting bored? The workout changes weekly, so come in to punch and kick!

Pilates Mat will have you focusing on Strength, Flexibility, and Balance while improving your posture, breathing patterns and alignment. This is an all levels class following the Classical Pilates format of exercises.

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercises develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

Enjoy the ancient art of Yoga. Align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement. You can enjoy full-body relaxation and balance, as you go through a full circuit of the body’s range of motion.
