Our bodies are meant to move. Regular exercise is necessary for not only physical fitness and good health but mental fitness as well. Everyone has to form the habit of including fitness into their lifestyle (we form habits, then habits form us).
The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is the little "extra". Being Jersey Strong means putting in that extra effort in whatever we do. Whether things are going our way or not, that little extra, over time, can make a big difference.
When our members reach their goals and look back (and feel proud) of what they have accomplished, it's nice to know we were a part of it.
