My fitness philosophy is keep it simple and keep it consistent! Find a workout/class you enjoy and stay with it! Don't over complicate things. Have some fun with it. Make small changes everyday and it will lead to bigger changes in the future!

Being Jersey Strong means to never give up and never back down to the challenges you face everyday! Meet those challenges head on and fight through them! You can do anything!
Why I'm passionate about being at Jersey Strong
I am passionate about being at Jersey Strong because this is where my fitness journey began years ago. I was a member here first and fell in love with the classes and instructors. The 1st class I ever taught was also at Jersey Strong.
