My personal philosophy towards fitness and exercise is that you should make it a habit. There are so many ways to move and so many options in fitness you can find something you love.
Being Jersey Strong to me means that you challenge yourself. Try a new type of workout, push yourself to fit in one more push-up or going to workout even if you may not feel like it. If you don't challenge yourself you will never know how much you can do!
I love group fitness in general. We are all there for a common goal to move and feel better! I love watching members give their all. It encourages and challenges me to do my best.
