I believe exercise and fitness should be a part of everyone's lifestyle. Incorporating some kind of movement into one's daily routine enhances both your body and mind. You need to find a balance between strength, flexibility and cardio exercise.
Stay motivated, motivate others! Having a positive attitude attracts positive energy for all that surrounds you.
I love teaching in a group setting. It is such an amazing feeling having a room filled with members sharing a common goal; becoming physically and mentally fit. Everyone feeding off each other's energy creates a positive environment.
